This delicious drinking chocolate features organic cacao from farms surrounding Reserva Zorzal, a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic.  As the country's first private reserve, they are focused on sustainable farming practises and conservation. The team travels to the Caribbean and works directly with the farmers to ensure transparency. Farmers receive a fair price for their cacao, which improves the working conditions and infrastructure, ensuring we receive the highest quality cacao.
